The Psyche and the Soul

 Our psyche is our perception or awareness of self that we identify as I, me or all those words that define us as an individual. It is sometimes confused with the Soul which is the God force, the essence of our Creator which accompanies us from the pre-birth experience and becomes a part of our singular existence from the first breath of life. We are whole then and have completed our entry into the life experience, accompanied by the life force of God where it remains until our last breath.

Aware or not, we are together with our Creator throughout our life experience. When our psyche is conscious of and in sync at Soul level we are aware of the very benevolent inner guidance and love for life flowing through our life. There is harmony and inner peace even in the midst of chaos. When the two become separated through our psyche's lack of awareness or refusal to acknowledge this life force we become a part of the chaos and confusion that begins to abound in our life.

How can you recognize those who have 'tuned out' the most powerful part of themselves? Their lives are in disarray; there is general confusion, disorder, disappointment, despair and dismay as they relate stories about events in their lives. Their experiences frequently begin with the words 'If only' which always precedes a story about their failure to arrive at the desired destination of something important to them. They are always a day late and a dollar short when opportunity arrives.

Those who are connected with their inner life force frequently relate fun-filled stories about opportunities that arrived just in the nick of time. They talk about near miracles that totally altered the course of their lives; they enjoy balance and order in their life. The confusion gone, their vision is clear. Is it any wonder that they are also highly creative and believe effective solutions will arrive on time? They are relying on that inner guidance that has assured them it will be so. These people typically have a good sense of humor. It accompanies their inner belief that things will work out even when they cannot really see the way through. It is faith in something they cannot see but are always aware of.

This awareness is the key that unlocks the goodness that should be flowing into every life. It cannot be purchased yet its value is beyond measure. It does not require special training or education or any process we must pursue. It simply requires our acknowledgement and acceptance that it does indeed exist within us to open the door and allow it to flow through our life. For those who have dared to try it, they don't want to look back or remember the time before they began really experiencing life, sure that they never really lived until they joined the inner power that was always there.

When we are ready to be truly empowered in life we don't need to turn on or buy anything, it only requires tuning in to the inner you. The highest and best counsel available is waiting to join your journey if you are willing to expand your awareness to acknowledge and include it. Be prepared for miracles to follow miracles and wonders that never cease!
